I’m not able to swing the costs. Are there discounts available?
While we do have costs to cover, we want everyone who is interested to participate. If cost is a barrier, please reach out to Robert Sapiro, Green Acre Administrator at rsapiro@usbnc.org and we can work out a plan for you to join the conference.
Can I bring my children?
This conference is intended for adults and mature teens. We are not offering children’s programming with this event. We encourage you to take this time for you and find alternatives for childcare.
If you have a situation where you would like to attend but can’t line up childcare, please reach out to us for a conversation to see if we can accommodate this.
Youth under 18 cannot stay on campus unless they are with an adult.
Can I bring my pet?
No. Accommodations for ADA-certified service animals can be made.
Do I have to be an artist?
We think of arts broadly, which includes all kinds of creative expression. This conference is not limited to those who define themselves as artists in their work. Our conversations will be richer if we have a mix of types of artists in dialogue with others who appreciate art.
